Prior to version 2.2.2, NVC910 firmware was shared with NVC1000 and NVC3000.
After version 2.2.2, NVC910 has its own firwmare.
The steps to upgrade to version 2.2.4 or later is as follows:

1) First upgrade to 2.2.2 using step up upgrade file name: nvc910_v2.2.2_r1_stepup.ief
2) Click Reset
3) Then follow by NVC910 2.2.2 f/w version file name: nvc910_v2.2.2_r1.ief
4) Click Reset
5) Then follow by NVC910 2.2.4 f/w version file name: nvc910_v2.2.4_r1.ief
6) Click Reset
